SIXFIBER IS THE NEW MATERIAL FOR TRACK FAIRINGS DEVELOPED BY 666CARBON.COM, INCREDIBLY LIGHTWEIGHT AND STRONG LIKE NO OTHER MATERIAL IN THE MOTORSPORT WORLD, MORE FLEXIBLE THAN AUTOKLAVE CARBON, LAVATEX, REGULAR FIBERGLASS, AND AVIOFIBER.

This product is made by hand in SIXFIBER: Our revolutionary material for track fairings.
SIXFIBER is an innovative material for track fairings, developed by 666carbon.
It combines woven fiberglass and epoxy resin processed under vacuum in innovative processes, making it a SUPERIOR material compared to all traditional materials known in the racing world such as lavatex, aviofiber, and traditional fiberglass.
Main features:
- LIGHTWEIGHT: About 40% lighter than aviofiber.
About 60% lighter than fiberglass.
We conducted tests with the same product, in this case, the tank cover for the new BMW 2024, and these are the results:
Fiberglass: 1100 g
Aviofiber: 950 g
Lavatex: 862 g
SIXFIBER: 643 g
- STRENGTH: Outperforms materials like traditional fiberglass and many other similar composites in terms of strength.
- FLEXIBILITY: The component fits optimally to the bike's structure due to its flexibility. This feature also provides greater impact absorption, reducing the risk of critical damage compared to fiberglass. In case of cracks, the material tends to fragment less and maintain its structural integrity, avoiding a complete breakage, as often happens with fiberglass. This could allow continued track activity even after an impact. However, resistance varies based on the dynamics of the impact and specific circumstances.
