The products are usually ready for delivery and will be shipped within 5 working days of receipt of payment; if the product is not in stock there could be delays, in which case 666 Carbon Srls undertakes to promptly notify the customer of the actual delivery date.
in case you want to check the exact availability of the piece in the warehouse, do not hesitate to contact us before making the purchase. The cost of shipping (indicated in the various advertisements) refers to a single object prepared, packed and shipped from our office; in case of purchase of multiple products, contact us and we will give you the updated quotation of the cost for multiple shipments, including the relative discount. however, no shipping costs are foreseen in the event of direct collection by the buyer from our offices. for quotation of shipments to other countries please contact us.
Parcel insurance
Package insurance is optional, if not requested, the seller assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to the package. The package will travel under the responsibility of the buyer and the seller will be released from any obligation upon delivery of the package to the courier.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the courier chosen and the shipping method.
Delivery, returns and reserves
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact and not altered;
In case anomalies are found, the customer must dispute the shipment by adding the wording "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier.
The customer will then have to notify us of the problems relating to the shipment.
In the event of storage due to unavailability of the customer or communication of an incorrect address, which lead to the return of the package to us, the customer is required to pay for a new shipment.
