Right of withdrawal
In the event that THE CONCLUSION OF A PURCHASE CONTRACT takes place OUTSIDE THE COMMERCIAL PREMISES, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree n. 50 of 15/01/1992, which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. Therefore, remote purchases made by telephone or via the Internet, whether delivered at home or collected at the Company's headquarters or at a point of presence in the area, fall within this case.
To whom it applies:
To natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Therefore, purchases made by resellers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
What is it about:
The consumer has the right, within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods (art. 8, point 2 of Legislative Decree n. 50/92), to exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. This right consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the seller, and in the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.
How to use it:
Make sure you have the following data ready:
- transport document inserted on the package;
- bank details on which to obtain the transfer (Cod. ABI - CAB - ).
The consumer must notify his willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal, for one or more products purchased, by email, specifying his data, the item number and the description of the goods to be returned. The same must send, within the two days following the notice, a REGISTERED A/R to 666 Carbon Srls to confirm this right.
The user must then arrange to send back the product/s object of the withdrawal, packing them carefully, in order to protect the original wrappings from any damage, writing or affixing of labels.

Processing times for bank transfer to customer:
Within 30 working days of receiving the goods, 666 Carbon Srls will credit the customer with the amount paid on the invoice, excluding shipping costs (art. 8, point 2 of Legislative Decree no. 50/92).
Customer information:
666 Carbon Srls reminds you that to exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned including packaging, manuals and any original accessories, in the same condition in which they were delivered to the customer.
