SIXFIBER is an innovative material for track fairings, developed by 666carbon.
It combines woven fiberglass and epoxy resin vacuum-processed in innovative processes, this makes it a SUPERIOR material compared to all traditional materials known so far in the racing world such as lavatex, aviofibre and traditional fiberglass.
Main features:
- LIGHTNESS: Approximately 40% lighter than aviofibre.
About 60% lighter than fiberglass.
We carried out tests with the same product, in this case the tank cover of the brand new BMW 2024 and these are the results:
Fiberglass: 1100 g
Aviofibre: 950 g
Lavatex: 862 g
SIXFIBER: 643 g
- RESISTANCE: Outperforms materials such as traditional fiberglass and many other composites similar.
- FLEXIBILITY: The component adapts optimally to the structure of the motorcycle thanks to its flexibility. This feature also gives it a greater capacity to absorb impacts, reducing the risk of critical damage compared to fiberglass.
