SIXFIBER is an innovative material for racing fairings, developed by 666carbon.
Combining woven fiberglass fabric and epoxy resin processed under vacuum with innovative techniques, it is SUPERIOR to all traditional materials known in the racing world, such as Lavatex, Aviofiber, and standard fiberglass.
Key features:
- LIGHTWEIGHT: Approximately 40% lighter than Aviofiber.
Approximately 60% lighter than fiberglass.
We conducted tests with the same product, in this case, the tank cover of the brand-new BMW 2024, and here are the results:
Fiberglass: 1100 g
Aviofiber: 950 g
Lavatex: 862 g
SIXFIBER: 643 g
- DURABILITY: Exceeds traditional fiberglass and many other similar composites in resistance.
- FLEXIBILITY: The component adapts optimally to the motorcycle's structure thanks to its flexibility. This characteristic also provides greater impact absorption, reducing the risk of critical damage compared to fiberglass.
