SIXFIBER IS THE NEW TRACK FAIRING MATERIAL DEVELOPED BY 666CARBON.COM, INCREDIBLY LIGHT AND STRONG LIKE NO OTHER MATERIAL IN THE RACING WORLD, MORE FLEXIBLE THAN AUTOCLAVE CARBON, LAVATEX, NORMAL FIBERGLASS AND AVIOFIBER.
This product is handcrafted by our craftsmen, designed specifically for track and racing use, it is supplied RAW (THEREFORE TO BE PAINTED) and already drilled.

SIXFIBER is an innovative material for track fairings, developed by 666carbon.
It combines woven fiberglass and vacuum-processed epoxy resin in innovative processes, making it a SUPERIOR material compared to all traditional materials known until now in the racing world such as lavatex, aviofibre and traditional fibreglass.
Main features:
- LIGHTNESS: About 40% lighter than aviofibre.
About 60% lighter than fiberglass.
We carried out tests with the same product, in this case the tank cover of the brand new BMW 2024 and these are the results:
Fiberglass: 1100 g
Aviofibre: 950 g
Lavatex: 862 g
SIXFIBER: 643 g
- RESISTANCE: Outperforms materials such as traditional fiberglass and many other composites similar.
- FLEXIBILITY: The component adapts optimally to the structure of the motorcycle thanks to its flexibility. This feature also gives it a greater capacity to absorb impacts, reducing the risk of critical damage compared to fiberglass. In the event of cracks, the material tends to fragment less and maintains its structural integrity better, avoiding a complete breakage, as often happens with fiberglass. This can allow you to continue your activity on the track even after an impact. However, the resistance varies according to the impact dynamics and the specific circumstances.
