SIXFIBER is an innovative material for track fairings, developed by 666carbon.
It combines woven fiberglass and vacuum-processed epoxy resin in innovative processes, making it a SUPERIOR material compared to all traditional materials known to date in the racing world such as lavatex, aviofibre and traditional fibreglass.
Main features:
- LIGHTNESS: About 40% lighter than aviofibre.
About 60% lighter than fibreglass.
We have carried out tests with the same product, in this case the tank cover of the brand new BMW 2024 and these are the results:
Fibreglass: 1100 g
Aviofibre: 95 0 g
Lavatex: 862 g
SIXFIBER: 643 g
- RESISTANCE: It outlasts materials such as traditional fiberglass and many other similar composites.
- FLEXIBILITY: The component adapts optimally to the structure of the motorcycle thanks to its flexibility.
